Easy Chicken Noodle Soup...Crockpot or Stove!!!


Lazy Chicken Noodle Soup

1 Can Cream of Chicken (optional)
Shredded or Fajita Chicken (or boil and shred chicken for soup)
1 or 2 cans of Vegall OR canned veggies OR frozen soup/stew veggies OR fresh!
Chicken Stock/Broth/Bouillon Cube
Italian Seasoning
Egg Noodles/Linguine Noodles
Prepare chicken by boiling and shredding and seasoning, or by just seasoning.
CROCKPOT
Add chicken, Cream of Chicken, vegetables, and seasoning to crockpot.  Add chicken stock/broth or water (and bouillon cube if possible) and stir until it is the consistency that you want. (stock > creamofchicken=thin stock < creamofchicken=thick) Add noodles.  Cook as long as needed, on med for long times and high for short times, adding water/broth.stock as needed to keep soupy. It is done any time after chicken and noodles are fully cooked!

STOVETOP
To a large saucepan/soup pot, add cream of chicken and chicken stock/broth/water & bullion cube and stir until desired amount and consistency.  Place on medium heat.  Add chicken and seasoning. Bring to a boil.  Add noodles.  Boil until noodles appear to be done.  Turn to low heat and let simmer/heat for as long as you feel is needed until the noodles are done and absorb the flavor!
